These contracted room blocks will book up quickly due to high demand and the lower than average room rates offered. - Ponderosa Premium Single: Private bedroom with a single bed and telephone in a four-bedroom shared apartment. Guests share two washrooms, lounge with flat-panel TV, kitchen (not equipped), and wireless internet. Complimentary coffee & tea provided. $79.00 per person
- Ponderosa Studio Suite: Suite with queen bed and private washroom with shower (no bathtub). Features include sitting area with telephone, flat-panel TV, fully-equipped kitchen, wireless internet, and complimentary coffee & tea provided. Maximum 2 guests per suite. $135.00
